As the shipping cost has increased, hermo.my is not longer be able to bear the shipping cost while bearing the  cost for 3% online transaction surchage for customers, and 14 days free return policy. To be able to continue to provide affordable beauty products to the ladies constantly and walk further, we feel painful to start charging higher rate shipping fee to East Malaysia orders.

Hermo charges Only RM 4 per purchase for single consignee address for Peninsula Malaysia and RM 12 for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) . Hermo will then bear for the balance of the shipping fee and 35% petrol and surchage of the shipping fee by the government. 

After 31 October 2012 onwards, Hermo.my has changed the shipping fee policy. Buy 2 Free shipping only applies to West Malaysia customers, and RM150 and above purchasing amonunt free shipping fee for East Malaysia customers.

Goods news to Brunei and Singapore customers, Hermo now officially accepts Singapore and Brunei order, shipping fee to be charged as below :
