5) When will i receive my goods ?
Under normal circumstances, your order will be issued within one working days after the end of the deal for sale.
In the case of peak order or special logistics, the delivery of your order might be a slightly delay.

We will update the status at Parcel Tracking so make sure you check for the updates if you have not received your goods. You might have seen the words "Hermo Corporation" , in order to provide more variety and more discounted price Hermo.my corporate with some brand distributors to provide the attractive deals to you. Hermo.my does not keep stock for this kind of corportation. Therefore, you might need to allow 3 - 5 working days, as it take 1-2 days for the ordered items to arrive in Hermo office then only dispatch to you.
6) I am not satisfied with the purchased item, can i return it ?
Sorry to hear that you are not satisfyied with our service and products. Don't worry ! we provides 14 days refundable policy, please refer to Apply refund, the postage fee will be beared by us as well. However, please take note that the maximum refund postage fee that we bear will be ONLY RM 5 per item.
7) How do i check my order has already been posted ?
1. You can click on Parcel Tracking to check on your status. If the item is delayed, it could be the reasons of temporarily limited stocks or the order volume is too high.
2. If your item has already been posted out, then it is the courier services ressponsibliity if there are any delays but you can contact us and let us know the problem and we will help you to solve it with what we can afford to.
3. Hermo co-operates with the courier services ( Skynet Express Service ) , but does not own them. If you are uncomfortable with the their services, we will assist you to protect your rights and benefits, and welcome you to provide us feedback to improve our service.
8) When can i receive my refunds ?
Within 7 working days after we have confirmed your refund application and received the returned goods together with all the required documents.
9) What should i do if i am a cosmestics and skincare products distributor / wholesaler and would like to sell my products at hermo ?
